This is a working cattle farm in the heart of the Ozarks in Dora, MO"approximately 20 minutes from West Plains and 30 minutes from many other neighboring communities. About 195 acres of pasture and 47 acres of woods with marketable timber in there. There are five ponds and a private well with three waterers. One of the ponds is spring-fed, with another spring located in the timber area. There are many great building sites with long-range views. The hunting is great, with lots of turkey & deer. If you have never been to Dora, it's worth the drive. Surrounded by the National Forest, this is clean fresh living with a great community and the bonus is the stars are beautiful and bright in Dora.
