This home is well taken care of by the owners. It has a crawl space but has an oversized shed for extra storage and a deep storage close in the home. The roof has been replaced within the 3 years, and the hot water tank and furnace are newer too. The extra large family room in the back of the house is great for the family/kids' space measuring approximately 12 x 24 but also has an exceptional front room for an adult area. The Kitchen sits between the two spaces and has a nice walk-in pantry and clean all wood floors throughout.
